MISNEXUS Systems & Digital Solutions ("we") collects the details you give us on this website only to respond to your enquiry.

What we collect

When you send a form we keep your name, business name, phone, WhatsApp number, email, location, industry and your message. We also note which page or advert brought you to our website, so we know which of our adverts are useful.

If you subscribe to our newsletter we keep your email address (and name, if given). If you apply for a job we keep your application details and CV.

We count visits to this website and clicks on our WhatsApp, phone and email buttons, to see which pages and adverts are useful. We do not store your IP address for this, and a visit cannot be traced back to you.

How we use it

  • To contact you about the demo, quotation or question you asked about.
  • To keep a record of our conversation with your business.
  • To send the newsletter you asked for. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
  • To consider your job application. Only the staff handling recruitment can see CVs.

We do not sell your details or share them with other companies for their marketing.

How long we keep it and your rights

We keep enquiry records while we are in contact with your business, and job applications while the role is being filled. We delete them on request. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time through our contact page.

Cookies

This website uses one essential cookie to keep forms secure and to remember which page you arrived on during your visit, so a visit is only counted once. It is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
